Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not do refunds or returns.
Damaged and lost packages will need to be filed with the shipping carrier as we have no
control over what happens during shipments.

DAMAGES
Our responsibility is to package quality products with care, though if your candle
happens to arrive broken or damaged, please email
thefifthsistercandleco@thefifthsistercandleco.com with a picture of your damaged
candle within two (2) days of receiving.

The Fifth Sister Candle Co IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MISUSE OF OUR PRODUCTS.
